Red River Ventures is currently fully-invested and is not considering new investment opportunities at this time.  However, several of our portfolio companies are seeking to acquire companies which are complementary to their businesses. 

Bruce Duty and Jim Wolfe, the principals of Red River Ventures, are endeavoring to create value in the existing portfolio companies by working in close partnership with the management teams of those companies.  

In addition, they are seeking to invest personal funds in attractive growth businesses.
